Q: Where do you post to?

    A: We post to all UK addresses and international with the exception of Italy and Brazil.  We will only send packages via the fully tracked Airsure service to Brazil which costs an extra £4.50. 

Q: Do you combine shipping?

    A: Yes we combine shipping on all of our items.  Our shipping discount is automated so once you've clicked on the Buy It Now for each item then you can go to pay for your items.

Q: Why do I have to pay for postage and packing?

    A: Postage and packing is an extra service allowing your parcel to be delivered directly to your door.  Unless we have offered free postage and packing then this cost is payable once you have bought your item.  We don't profit from postage and packing so please remember this when leaving feedback.

Q: How much is postage/shipping?

    A: Each item has it's own postage/shipping charge depending on the weight and size of the item. Each price with its discount for multiple purchases is displayed on the listing page.

Q: I can't pay for my item?

    A: If you are having trouble paying for your item please make sure you contact us through ebay messages as soon as you can.  We do chase up non payment and will report non payers to ebay who can issue a strike on your account.

Q: How can I pay for my item(s)?

    A: For UK buyers we accept PayPal, cheques and postal orders.  For international buyers we accept PayPal only.

Q: Will you post my parcel to a different address other than my registered one?

    A: I'm sorry, but for security reasons as advised by eBay & PayPal we can only send to the registered address in eBay.  If you have moved then we can refund your payment and allow you to change your address in eBay and then make another payment.

Q: When will my parcel be posted?

    A: We post parcels in the order of payment and aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days of cleared payment. However, this can be 3 working days in exceptionally busy periods.

Q: How do I know if my parcel has been posted?

    A: We send a dispatch notification through ebay, a copy of which is sent to your email.  Unless there is a problem with your order, we would send you an ebay message about this, then your parcel will have been posted within 3 working days of your cleared payment.

Q: How do I track my parcel?

    A: Our customers have indicated that they want low cost postage so we send all parcels, unless stated differently on the listing, by Royal Mail 1st class standard post.  If you want to track your parcel we suggest that you ask for recorded delivery, an extra 75p, to be added to your invoice before you make payment.

Q: Where is my parcel?

    A: Parcels can get delayed and are out of our control once posted.  If you have requested and paid for a tracking service we can let you know the tracking number if you request it.  Royal Mail state that packages are not lost until 21 days (UK) and 30 days (International) after posting and so replacements can not be sent until ater this time.

Q: Why can't you send replacements any quicker than Royal Mails specified time?

    A: Sometimes buyers don't put the correct address or don't go to their local sorting office to collect their parcels, so 21 days (UK) and 30 days (International) allows the parcel time to be returned back to us in these instances.

Q: Can I return my item?

    A: We can not offer a return service on cosmetic/skincare items for hygiene reasons.  However, at our discretion, we will accept returns that are faulty or damaged.  Please send us an ebay message within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Q: I've tested/worn an item - can I still return it?

    A: We can not offer a return service for tested or worn items simply because you have changed your mind or have found the product unsuitable.

Q: What's the best way to contact you?

    A: The best way to contact us is to send un an ebay message and we will try to respond within 48 hours Monday-Thursday.  Messages sent on Friday-Sunday may not be responded to until Monday.

Q: Why have you not replied to my message?

    A: Please make sure that you have sent us an ebay message and not an email.  We can not guarantee a reply through the email system.  If we still have not responded to your message sent through ebay within 3 working days then please send us an another one as we may have accidentally missed it or there could have been a technical problem when you sent it.

Q: Can I leave negative feedback for a parcel I have not received?

    A: Negative feedback left for items not received will be directed straight to ebay for removal.  Please use the ebay messaging system to contact us after 21 says (UK) and 30 days (International) since posting date if your parcel has still not arrived.
