Delivery

Delivery Address
We normally send items to the billing address, if you wish to change the delivery address please mention in the notes section during your purchase.

Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch your orders within 48 hours.

UK Customers

Please allow up to 3 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
Western Europe Customers

Please allow up to 14 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
Rest of the world

Please allow up to 20 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.

If you do not get the parcel within this time please contact us ASAP.

Delivery Charges

United Kingdom :

Delivery charges per shipment £4.50. For Each UK additional orders delivery will be charged £2.50.

Western Europe & Rest of the World Customer

Delivery charges per shipment may vary; International Buyers Please check individual listing.

International Buyers – Please Note:

· Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

· Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

· These charges are normally collected by the courier company or when you pick the item up– do not confuse them for additional P&P charges.

· We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as 'gifts' - US and International government regulations prohibit such behaviour.

 

Returns & Refunds

Jump up Shoes want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your items, simply send them back to us unworn in their original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

 

If you believe your shoes to be faulty, please send them back to us for inspection and if the shoes are faulty we will refund the order in full plus postage charges paid by customer in sending the item back to us.

If Shoes delivered is not same as ordered, simply send them back to us. On receipt of item back from customer we will be happy to send correct item should the customer still require or refund the full amount. In both cases Jump Up shoes will refund postage charges paid by customer in sending the item back to us.

If the shoes don't match your outfit or you've just changed your mind now. You have 30 days from the day they were delivered. Please send them back to us and you will be refunded the full amount of the shoes less any postage / returns charges.

Should you require exchange of an item the sum of £4.50 must be included to cover re-posting charge. Cheque should be made payable to Jump Up Shoes Ltd . All Exchange orders depend on the stock availability.

Receipts

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection . If the items go missing and you do not have a delivery receipt, regrettably we are unable to process a refund. We cannot accept liability for an item lost or damaged in transit. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

When do I get my refund?

You will receive an email when your return has been processed indicating the amount to be refunded. The refund will be sent back to your card originally used for payment. This can take five working days.
