Returns

Returns accepted within 14 days after the item has been delivered.

If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, we'll refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. We reserve the right to determine the return postage method, so please advise us in advance of your intention to return an item and we will let you know how to return it.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 14 days after delivery and there's been no error on our part, we'llrefund only the cost of the item. We won't refund the cost of delivery or return of the item.

By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. For more information see Your Statutory Rights.

Where you're withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there's been no error on our part, we'll refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you. as follows:

• There will be a 10% re-stocking fee on the item cost.
• where you're returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred.
• where you're returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred
• we'll refund only standard (Airmail) postage charges for items delivered outside the UK
• where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you receive an item damaged in transit, to enable us to pursue a claim on your behalf, you must –

• Retain all packaging along with the item for inspection
• Supply us with photos of damage to the packaging
• Supply us with photos of the damage to the item

ITEM CONDITION

Please return the item with all tags and labels intact and in the original packaging. Used items may not be returned.

NB: Underwear, men's and boys swimwear, wigs, hairpieces and pierced earrings are non-returnable. Women's and girls swimwear must have the protective sticker intact
