WEEKENDS: We value our weekends and try to avoid ebaying from 3pm Friday afternoon when we post our last orders out, until early Monday morning, when we get back to business. THEREFORE any messages received during this period will be answered as soon as we get back into business mode!
OVERSEAS POSTAGE: We DO Post overseas, but do not quote postage costs until the order has been weighed, and all items will be sent INTERNATIONAL TRACKED. If you require a quote before buying - just emessage us with the items you require & we will give an estimated quote - we will never charge more than the quote - but may charge less.
DESPATCH TIME: All items are posted within 24 hours of purchase 9am Monday - 3pm Friday. We post at 7.30am every day direct to the sorting office, and make an additional trip 3pm every Friday afternoon. We do NOT post out over the weekend.
STOCK: All items listed were purchased from RETAIL shops & are FIRST QUALITY. We do not buy substandard fabric - unless specifically listed as such - which means we got caught somewhere!
COMBINING ITEMS: You can combine for up to 4 days without contacting us - but if you need longer - its not a problem - just let us know so we can stop the automated system chasing up the payment.
INVOICES - in order to save trees and increased paper waste I do not issue invoices unless specifically requested at time of sale. Please enter "INVOICE NEEDED" in the checkout message box if you require a printed invoice.
RETURNS: ALWAYS ACCEPTED - UNLESS FABRIC HAS BEEN bought from running length & CUT TO ORDER FOR YOU.
