APRIL 2013 : NEW POSTAGE COSTS : Most listings will be quoting FREE UK postage from April in order to comply with new ebay seller policy requirements - UNLESS they do not fit into a large letter size envelope and then they will quote the lowest packet rate available.. This has had the effect of increasing the unit price of each item to incorporate the overheads - we have NOT increased the price of the actual stock.
OVERSEAS POSTAGE: We DO Post overseas, but do not quote postage costs until the order has been weighed. If you require a quote before buying - just emessage us with the items you require & we will give an estimated quote - we will never charge more than the quote - but may charge less.
DESPATCH TIME: All items will be despached within 24 hours of purchase Monday - Friday (NOT Weekends) by 2nd class mail. IF you prefer to pay for 1st class please contact us for a revised invoice - we will only charge the difference between the 2 postage costs.
STOCK: All items listed were purchased from RETAIL shops & are FIRST QUALITY. We do not buy substandard fabric - unless specifically listed as such - which means we got caught somewhere!
COMBINING ITEMS: You can combine for up to 4 days without contacting us - but if you need longer - its not a problem - just let us know so we can stop the automated system chasing up the payment.
INVOICES - in order to save trees and increase paper waste I do not issue invoices unless specifically requested at time of sale - please enter "INVOICE PLEASE" in the checkout message box.
RETURNS: ALWAYS ACCEPTED - UNLESS FABRIC HAS BEEN bought from running length & CUT TO ORDER FOR YOU.
