From our very first sale on ebay in 2008 we always believed in selling only authentic merchandise to customers who choose to shop with us. Along the way we have seen fair share of "umm,this is not what I had in mind." No problem simply return the item for a refund, it is as simple as that. Then there are people who simply say the item is fake just because, well, God knows. No matter the circumstance we will continue to built our business on the fundation of selling only 100% authentic Juicy Couture. We respect Ebay's feedback policy even if it at times when we are frustated by it. In response to certain ebay member's accusation we have decided to make the receipt public.
Buyer will pay highest shipping fee and all additional items will ship for FREE. Please send us an invoice request when you are ready to pay. For items requiring immediate payment we will refund the shipping fee per item. If your refund is not posted within 3 days please send us a friendly reminder. Return and Exchange Policy
Here at Juicy Tutti we truly believe in our service and quality so effective January 1, 2010 we will NOT be charging restocking anymore. If customer does not like the item for any reason you are more than welcome to return the item back to us within 3 days of arrival. Simply contact us to let us know that you are returning the item, print out the return/exchange form and mail it with the item. All of our item will be tagged with security loops to prevent phony returns, if the security loop is removed we will not be able to take it back. We will be charging a one time processing fee for all returns to cover packaging and handling fees. The fees are $5 for large item and $2.50 for small items.
