Payments

• After winning the auction, an email with checkout instructions will be sent to your eBay registered email address.
• I accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
• Payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. An Unpaid Item (UPI) complaint will be filed automatically with eBay if you don’t pay for your item within 7 days.
• Bidding on multiple auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from me.
• Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions. I start to process and rush your order once checkout is completed with payment.
• I am required to collect Kentucky sales tax when Ship-To address is in Kentucky.

Returns

• I stand behind every product I sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, I am happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days of your purchase after receiving your returned item in new, unused condition. If you received an item you did not order, or your item was damaged, please don’t worry, I will take care of it. Please see “Was There a Problem With Your Order?” section below.
• For all exchanges or refunds, I need the original receipt (or a copy) and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all the accessories.
• Please allow up to 4 business days for returns to be processed.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 
  

Was There a Problem With Your Order? Please Don’t Worry, I Will Fix It!

If you received an item that is not as described, please accept my sincere apology! Be assured that I will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Please email me using eBay's messaging system and let me know there is a problem. Once notified of my error, I will offer prepaid return shipping label for any incorrect items and your choice of a full refund or exchange. I ask that you please return the product using the prepaid label and original package in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all the accessories. Refunds and/or exchanges will be given once I receive the returned item in new, unused condition.

If your item was damaged in shipping please don't worry, your package was insured. Contact me using using eBay's messaging system to let me know. With your help, I will fill out and file an insurance claim and will send you a replacement or refund your account.
