| A:We offer a no-quibble return policy. Just email us within 14 days of receipt with the reason that you wish to return the item, and we will give you instructions for return. |

| A:Usually yes. However, this depends on the items, small items may be combined, most larger or fragile items need a box to themselves. Also, it is sometimes more economical to ship items separately than to combine them due to weight restrictions. |
