We specialise mainly in cosmetics, skin care & make-up items. Occasionally we'll throw in a few other things, just to keep you on your toes heh heh ;o)

We have a good range of items for you to choose from on ebay although our Warehouse holds a much larger range of cosmetics, make-up and skin care items which can be found on our Website.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
DAMAGED

In the event that something arrives damaged, firstly please take a photo or two of the damaged item and packaging and email them to us. We'll need them as proof when we make a claim to Royal Mail. You will be sent a replacement or a refund, including postage costs.
NOT RECEIVED
Email us with the name of the person you spoke to at the Sorting Office and we can then deal with them direct and take the matter on from there. You will receive a replacement or refund including postage costs but prior to refunding you, we will require you to fill out an Item Not Received Form which we give to Royal Mail as part of our claim process.
It's very important that we receive the Form back from you. Missing parcels are becoming an ever increasing problem, especially with the growing number of online purchases, including ebay purchases, therefore the details given by you form part of the Investigation Process .
We're committed to giving you the best possible service and committed to keeping ebay a safe and happy trading environment for all of us.
RETURNS

Sometimes we all buy something and then change our mind and don't want it. No problem. Let us know and then simply return your item/s within 14 days in the same condition they were sent i.e. unused, unsealed, unopened and in a resaleable condition. Return items via a trackable method i.e. recorded delivery to Office Admin, Jolyndirect, 78 Healeywood Road, Burnley BB11 2LP so as to be sure we receive it safely. We'll refund you the full purchase price less p&p costs.

We are under no obligation to accept returns of Cosmetic items but as a gesture of goodwill, we will accept returns
Feedback
Only a very tiny percentage of problems occur. If, for whatever reason, you're not happy with your purchase then PLEASE drop us a line. We don't know you're not happy if you don't tell us !!
Negative feedback is unnecessary as ALL problems can be sorted out. Please be aware that if you give out too many negative feedbacks, you may well have your account limited or suspended as it shows that are not making an effort to communicate with the seller. We don't want you to lose your right to buy on ebay. COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY and nearly all problems can be sorted out satisfactorily.
Once you have safely received your item and are happy with it, please take a moment to leave feedback. Remember ~ we only know you're happy when feedback has been received. We can then leave great feedback for you.
