Conditions of the Sale on New and Used Instruments

All new instruments are fully guaranteed for one year from the time of sale with the exceptions of damage or deterioration due to accident, mistreatment, misuse, perspiration acids or adverse atmospheric conditions.

Please note that this guarantee does not extend to such items as pads, corks, felts etc. which will be expected to wear and deteriorate with normal use (except where a problem can be shown to be a result of faulty workmanship or materials).

All used instruments and commission sales are sold as seen, although you have our assurance that they will have been adjusted to good playing order before we offer them for sale. Furthermore, our careful examination will have given us the confidence to believe that it will be a good prospect within its price/specification range.

Our customers are our greatest advertisement, so we would never sell you something that we felt might let you down.

We always offer a full refund or replace policy if the item is in any way inappropriate at the time that you receive it (unless it is an item that is not generally stocked by us and has been ordered in specifically for you).
