All of our used jigsaw puzzles are guaranteed against missing or damaged pieces.  It is never out intention to sell them in this condition but we have many, many puzzles and it is often not possible to check them all prior to listing.  If you find this to be the case, please contact us straight away and we will of course process the necessary refund.
