Do you have stock of a particular style?
Wedding dresses: Stock is put into the relevant sizing band on our ebay shop to show availability, we also have new dresses arriving into stock all the time, so if you are unable to find the style in the size you require please e-mail us, and we can advise when the dress will be available: sales@jewlzbridal.co.uk
Bridesmaid dresses: theses are kept together under the matching colour band in our ebay shop, when you click on the required style & size, the shop listing will show the quantity available, this is always up-to-date, please be sure to use this as your guide when placing your order. The Style/Size I require is out of stock can you help?
Please check back, as we have new stock on a regular basis, or please email sales@jewlzbridal.co.uk and we can advise when the dress you need will be available.
How do I know which size to buy?
Please measure your bust, waist & hips to our sizing chart, our dresses are ALWAYS made to this sizing chart, and it is essential that you do not guess or presume that your wedding/bridesmaid dress size is the same as your everyday clothing size. How do I know your dresses are of good quality?
Please view our ebay feedback, all buyers have left comments once they have received their dresses, so honest opinions are found on my ebay account.

Are there any shops that stock your dresses?
We do not sell to other suppliers only direct to the public, this ensures that the prices shown on our web site are kept low, as retailers would have to add prices on to cover their costs and would consequently charge you more. However we do now have a showroom of our own based in Newark, Nottinghamshire, so you can book an appointment to visit us. Please emails us at sales@jewlzbridal.co.uk to book an appointment.

Do you have a catalogue?
We use our web site & ebay shop as our catalogue, we try to show more detailed photo's than those you find in a magazine or other retailer catalogues. Plus we are able to update our web site daily, so you can see instantly when a style has been sold.
I'm a tall bride/maid will your dresses be long enough?
All of our dresses are 58“ from the tip of the shoulder to hem measuring down the side of the body, As a guide our dark haired model is 5ft 10" wearing 2" heels, and our blonde model is 5ft 8" also wearing a 2" heel. How do I find a seamstress?
A good starting point is always the Yellow pages, however we would advise that you work from personal recommendation where possible, another good point of contact would be Hitched.co.uk & confetti.co.uk where other brides-to-be can often advise of a seamstress local to you that they may have used themselves.
Who manufactures the dresses?
All of our dresses are manufactured to our own styles by our factory and are unavailable on the high street.

How often do you update your website / stock list?

Are your dresses brand new?
Yes, We DO NOT deal in second hand dresses.
Our prices are this low purely due to us being an internet only company and not having added over heads. Our quality matches if not exceeds dresses that are found on the high street.
Do you offer discount for multiple purchases?
Due to our low pricing structure it is impossible for us to drop the price of our dresses further as we are very competitively priced compared to high street prices however carriage cost is reduced for multiple purchases at checkout stage.
Do you accept returns?
Please view our returns/exchange policies through our ebay shop.
Jewlz Bridal have the right to refuse an exchange.
* Custom make dresses are made to the customers requirements, therefore we are unable to offer an exchange policy on these items.
Please take into account that we can receive over 90 e-mails a day, we endeavour to answer all e-mails as quickly and efficiently as possible, but should you e-mail require a lengthy response then it may delay our response time.
