Price of Silver
Over the course of the last couple of years we have been adjusting our prices to reflect the significant increase in the price of silver. The price of Silver has more than tripled in the last three years. It has gone from $9.01 per ounce in January 2009 to $34.30 per ounce in March 2012.
We are trying very hard to stay competitive whilst still covering our material costs. Therefore we have been carefully adjusting our prices to reflect the increase in cost so that we are not selling items at a loss.
We thank you for your understanding and promise that if the price of silver falls back we will be adjusting our prices downwards accordingly.
In the meantime we are working on various new jewellery designs using stainless steel and polished pewter components these will be less expensive but as bright and shiny, more hard wearing and more durable than Sterling silver.
