Payment is required within 7 days of completion.

Paypal is our preferred payment option (we do not charge you extra for this), we also accept cheques/postal orders (please ensure you enclose a copy of your invoice or a note with your user id, postage details and the item number with your payment)

For Ireland, we are pleased to offer combined postage discounts, please request a combined invoice prior to paying

Returns:

We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of items, if it is found to be faulty or damaged in any way.

Upon return we will refund or replace accordingly and also refund any postage costs you have incurred to return the item

If you simply change your mind for any reason within 7 days please return. Postage costs will be your responsibility for a safe return. In these circumstances we will charge a re-stocking fee of 10%.

In all circumstances, all returns must include a note with the item stating why it has been returned and all relevant details so we know where and who it has come from.

We cannot be held responsible for a delay in refunding should an item come back with no details.
