Payment is required within 7 days of completion.

Paypal is our preferred payment option (we do not charge you extra for this), we also accept cheques/postal orders (please ensure you enclose a copy of your invoice or a note with your user id, postage details and the item number with your payment)

For Ireland, we are pleased to offer combined postage discounts, please request a combined invoice prior to paying

For postage to UK

We send all our goods out by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Post or, for large orders, by UK Mail Courier (to be signed for).

For UK Mail

Please make sure, if you don't expect to be in for delivery and your order is of greater value, to leave instructions where your parcel can be left safely as there is a £6.00 re-delivery charge on un-delivered parcels.

Non Receipt

If you haven't received your parcel within 1 week of postage notification, please contact us via email to check on progress, it may be that there is a courier problem or that Royal Mail are delayed, there is also the slim possibility that your parcel is lost, we will always endeavour to sort out postage problems to a satisfactory outcome.

Please also bear in mind that Royal Mail don't class a parcel as missing until 14 days after postage, therefore we need to allow this length of time to ensure it isn't 'delayed' in the postage systems before a claim can be made.

For Ireland Postage

All parcels are generally sent via Royal Mail : Airmail, unless it is a very large order and then it may go via the courier. Royal Mail Airmail parcel delivery length varies via country, therefore it is suggested that if you haven't received a parcel within 10 working days from postage notification that you contact us via email to see what is happening, if you require your parcel to be sent 'signed for' you would need to contact us before paying to add this service to your total postage costs.

Multiple Purchase Discounts

Please note, for multiple purchases (10 listings or more) on 1 order, we are pleased to offer a discount on the goods purchased.

Please pay your full invoice first, then email us immediately after you've made payment to request your discount, this will enable us to refund your discount through your paypal payment.

Discounts are at our discretion and may vary depending on lines ordered and total invoice amount

Generally speaking, the more you order, the bigger the discounts will be.
