VAT & Taxes

We are a UK VAT Registered Business, VAT Registration Number GB 994 2971 63. All product and delivery costs quoted are inclusive of UK VAT and VAT invoices can be provided on request.

Delivery Charges

We charge £1.25 for the first item and 10p per additional item up to a maximum of £2.95 for all orders providing they are paid for in one PayPal Transaction and all are sent by First Class Post. Orders which are paid for individually will be sent individually.

Orders of higher value may be sent by Recorded Delivery and will need to be signed for. If you miss the delivery, Royal Mail will keep the parcel at your local depot for 1 week or you can ask them to send it to your local post office for a fee. Any undelivered parcels returned to us for any reason will be subject to a further postage fee.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment being received, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

Out of Stock Items

We make every attempt to ensure that only in-stock items are available to order. In the unlikely event of out of stock items being displayed and sold in error we will contact you prior to dispatch and either offer a suitable alternative or issue a refund.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase from the Jewellery Shed. However if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us by Ebay Message within 7 working days of receipt and we will advise you what action is required.

Faulty, Damaged or incorrectly received goods - We may require the item to be returned back to us and will either replace the item, offer a full refund or exchange the item for a suitable alternative up to the same value. We will also bear the costs of postage in respect of a replacement or exchanged item and will refund your return postage costs.

Cancellations / Unsuitable products – If you change your mind about an order or items received are not quite what you wanted, we will still offer a refund providing you have advised us within 7 working days after receipt. The item(s) must be returned to us in their original packaging and in an unused condition at your expense. We will refund the order, or the relevant part of it, as soon as possible.

Product Variation

Due to certain manufacturing processes we are unable to guarantee colour continuity. Due to the nature of handmade products and / or natural materials, slight differences in shape/form are also possible both from batch to batch and within any given batch. Products may discolour over time we cannot guarantee they will remain colourfast indefinitely. Also customers should note that due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, certain colours may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring. Whilst every effort is made to represent an item accurately, it is possible that the images shown may vary slightly from the actual product. Product images are not to scale.

Dyed Items

If using dyed products for clothing or items to be worn next to the skin, we recommend you test these products for suitability first. We will not be responsible for damage caused by dyed items. In the event of any claim, sellers' liability shall in no circumstances exceed the invoice price of defective goods.

Weights & Measurements

All weights and quantities displayed on are estimated approximations only and packs / strings may vary slightly in weight, quantity or content. Although all beads are subject to a visual check we cannot guarantee that there will not be a small percentage of imperfect items in the pack and all packs are priced accordingly.
