Q: Can you give me some more information about a product ?
A: Please check the item description first as further information is given on Colour, Shape, Style, Dimensions, Material & Pack Size. If your question is not answered in the product description then please drop us a message and we will be happy to help you.
Q: How much is the delivery charge ? / Do you combine postage ?
A: Postage is £1.25 for the first item and 10p per additional item up to a maximum of £2.95. To qualify for combined postage the order must be paid for in one PayPal transaction, orders paid for individually will each incur a full postage charge and will be sent seperately. To purchase and pay for multiple items in one PayPal transaction you need to buy each indiviual item you require without continuing to 'Pay Now'. Once you have finished shopping you can 'checkout' and pay for you items in one transaction from your 'Purchases' screen. If you are using the new 'Shopping Basket' then just add your items to the basket and checkout as normal and your purchases will be combined into one order. If you are at all unsure then drop us a message and we will try our best to help :)
Q: Can you send me an invoice ?
A: Our checkout is set up to automatically calculate the postage discounts for you, however should you have a problem then please 'Request a Total' from the seller during checkout.
Q: Do you ship Internationally ?
A: No we only ship to the UK.
Q: What payment methods do you accept ?
A: We only accept payment by PayPal
Q: Do you offer discounts on larger orders ?
A: On Ebay we try and price all our products very competively so everybody gets a good deal, rather than offering discounts just for larger orders.
Q: How soon will I receive my order ?
A: We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment being received, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Orders are sent by first class post, so you should expect to receive your order roughly 1-3 working days after dispatch.
Q: My order hasn't arrived ?
A: Orders are sent by first class post, so you should expect to receive your order roughly 1-3 working days after dispatch. Should you be waiting for your order for longer than 5 working days after dispatch please contact us by Ebay message.
Q: I'm not happy with my order but don't know what to do about it ?
A: PLEASE tell us if you are not happy with something, we want all our customers to be delighted with their bead goodies and our service and if for some reason you are not we will do our very best to put it right !!
Q: Can I return an item for a refund or exchange ?
A: We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase from the Jewellery Shed. However if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us by Ebay message within 7 working days of receipt and we will advise you what action is required.
Faulty, Damaged or incorrectly received goods - We may require the item to be returned back to us and will either replace the item, offer a full refund or exchange the item for a suitable alternative up to the same value. We will also bear the costs of postage in respect of a replacement or exchanged item and will refund your return postage costs.
Cancellations / Unsuitable products – If you change your mind about an order or items received are not quite what you wanted, we will still offer a refund providing you have advised us within 7 working days after receipt. The item(s) must be returned to us in their original packaging and in an unused condition at your expense. We will refund the order, or the relevant part of it, as soon as possible.
