COMBINING POSTAGE

In order to get the one postage fee or free postage, your order must be paid for altogether in one payment. Please select all of the items you would like and then click the pay now button and select your preferred method of payment. This should then let you combine your order so that you only have 1 postage charge (or free postage if it applies). If you are unsure you can select all of the items you would like and then wait for me to invoice you. I will not be refunding any extra postage costs you have incurred for making more than 1 payment, as I get extra charges for you doing this. Please do not buy multiple items and discount the postage yourself unless you have emailed me first.

Payment

Please make sure if sending a cheque or postal order that you have added your user name and item number along with the payment. If you do not do this and then send a postal order, I cannot tell who it is from.

If paying by paypal, you should get a confirmation email to say that I have received payment.

If paying by postal order, I will email you to let you know payment has been received and orders are dispatched immediately.

If paying by cheque, please make payable to J. Williams. I will email you as soon as I receive payment through the post and I have to allow 5 working days for cheques to clear. You will then receive an email to say when payment has cleared.

• I only accept paypal payments for all orders outside of the UK. If you are unable to pay this way, please don't purchase any items.

Postage

Postal collections are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 2pm, so depending on when your payment has been received, should give you some idea as to when you should receive your order. I do not work weekends or Bank holidays so please expect a delay in answers/posting.

For items within the UK they should be received the next working day, but can take a little longer, depending on how royal mail are feeling! 

Items are sent 1st class standard mail and a certificate of posting is obtained for everything I post. Recorded and special delivery options are available for most items at an extra charge. Some items will only be sent recorded delivery, please check before purchasing.

Standard airmail to Europe is £2.00 and to the rest of the world £2.50. I only have a certificate of posting for these items and am unable to track them. European airmail usually takes about 3 - 5 working days and worldwide about 5 - 10 working days. Please allow a little extra as this is only a guidline, as airmail can take anything up to 6 weeks to arrive. If you would like a reference number for your item, please select international signed for which is £6.00

Lost Mail

FOR UK ONLY. Royal Mail say to allow at least a week for late delivery. An item isn't classed as lost until after 3 weeks of posting. So please be patient. By responding to all emails and replying to Royal Mail when they do their investigation, will help speed things up. If an item hasn't arrived after a week please email me.

Unfortunately I do not mind read and if you do have a problem with anything, I can't help you unless you let me know. I also do not appreciate stroppy or threatening emails and you will be replied to in the same manner as you write! If you do have any questions, problems or requests,  please feel free to email me.
