| To find your bra size: Measure directly under your bust - Hold the tape secure but not too tight. Measure above the bust & below the arms. If the difference between the under & upper bust is less than 2 inches, add 2-3" to the under bust measurement to get an even number and use this as your band size. For the full bust, measure around the fullest part of your breast wearing a good fitting bra. Your cup size is determined by the difference between your full bust measurement and your upper bust measurement -
less than 1" - AA 1" - A 2" - B 3" - C 4" - D 5" - DD 6" - DDD or E etc
If the back rides up, the cups are too small or the band is too tight. If the front of the band is so tight you can't get your finger under it, you need a larger band. If the cups are not filled you may need a smaller cup. If your cups are overflowing you may need a larger cup or a full figure bra. If the underwire digs in you may need a larger cup size.
Of course, different brands fit differently and different styles in the same brand sometimes fit differently.
