POSTAGE
All items are posted first class, usually within one working day. Some items are sent via 1st class recorded delivery, but if you would like your item delivered the next woring day, please add the option of Special Delivery at checkout. Your item will then be posted by fully insured Special Next Day Delivery.
PAYMENTS
I accept Paypal and payments by postal order and cheques on low value items. Please pay within 7 days of winning your item.
RETURNS
If you are at all unsatisfied or unhappy with your purchase, please email me as soon as possible and please return the item unworn, and in it's original packaging within 14 days. A refund will be given excluding your postage costs, unless the item is faulty or misdescribed. Earrings or any other item that pierces the skin can only be returned if the item is faulty or wrongly described for hygiene reasons.
