How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
You will receive an email to confirm that your item has been sent. Our aim is to have all items dispatched within 1 working day subject to stock availability.
Can I change the delivery address on my order?
If you have made a mistake please email us immediately so that we can make arrangements to rectify the order before it is dispatched. If we have already dispatched your order please follow our returns process.
Can I cancel my order before it’s dispatched?
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us and we will endeavour to have the order removed from our system. Please note that this may not always be possible due to processing times and our commitment to a speedy dispatch from our warehouse.
