At Jazooli we understand that when you place an order you want your goods to arrive as soon as possible and with the minimum of fuss. So whenever an order is received by us (Monday to Friday before 3pm) we promise to dispatch it within 24 hours. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
We dispatch all items via Royal Mail or DPD depending on the item and service selected at checkout, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days. Whilst Royal Mail state that most items will be delivered within these time frames it can occasionally take up to 15 days. Unfortunately once Royal Mail collects an item from us we lose any influence over the delivery of that item which is why we would kindly ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive. If for some reason you have not received your product within 7 working days then please do not hesitate to contact us so we can look into it for you. If you require an item to arrive with you quickly we would recommend that you choose a guaranteed next working day delivery service, but please ensure you place your order before 3pm for same day dispatch and that you are available the next working day to sign for your delivery (please note our next day couriers do not work Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
International Shipping - All international shipments will be sent via Royal Mail 'International Signed For' or 'Airmail' service depending on location. This method carries a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. If you would like the tracking number then please do not hesitate to contact us.
At Jazooli customer satisfaction is paramount. That is why any item received, deemed to be faulty or damaged, will be replaced or refunded the very same day we receive it back from you. Please contact us before you decide to send an item back as some problems can be resolved without the need to return the item. Please note, all items must be returned in their original packaging. We can issue a full refund if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt. Alternatively we can issue replacement items up to 28 days from receipt. If a product is faulty or damaged then a replacement will be shipped the same day it is received back by us, or a refund given upon the safe return of the original item. Please contact us to inform us that you wish to return items and we will send you a returns form. Also please ensure that the item is return in sufficient packaging (the original packaging is an acceptable standard).
Sometimes beyond our control items can be delivered damaged, you can return these items to us and a replacement will be sent on the day we receive the original item back, we require notice within 3 days of you receiving the item if it is damaged. We will require you to contact us to the email address below and request a free-post label. Please note we will not reimburse any postage costs you incur yourself. Please contact us via the eBay messaging system to inform us that you wish to return the goods and we will send you a returns form which will need to be filled out and included with the item.
If your goods are no longer wanted you can return them within 7 days of receipt for a refund. The goods need to be unopened and with all their original packaging. The only cost you will incur is the price of the return shipping and the original postage on sending the item out. Please contact us to inform us you wish to return the goods and we will send you a returns form. Also please ensure that the item is return in sufficient packaging (the original packaging is an acceptable standard).
Items Ordered In Error
On the chance you ordered the wrong product we will happily exchange the product for the correct item charging or refunding the difference where appropriate. Please inform us within 7 days of receipt should you wish to do this. Please note that in some cases you may incur additional shipping charges.
If you have placed an order but realised you have either made a mistake or want to cancel the purchase we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately we cannot always cancel the order as we run our warehouse 24/7 to ensure the quickest dispatch time. If this is the case you may incur a postage cost to return the item and also the original postage of sending the item out.
When you place an order it is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct. We only ship to the registered address on your PayPal account, please make sure the address is correct before confirming your order. We will not be able to refund or replace your order if the shipping address provided is missing key details such as the house number or road name. Please make sure you check your address carefully before confirming the order.
