Our despatch days are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays. We are no longer open on Fridays. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched on the next despatch date.

After receipt of order / refunds.
Please notify us of any shortfall of goods ordered, or other complaints or problems immediately visible within 3 days of receipt. All orders are weighed before despatch and are tracked by royal mail.
