Delivery:

How will I know when my order has been sent?

As soon as your order is despatched from our Warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. From that time we would expect you to receive your order within 2-4 working days for deliveries within the UK .

Once my order has been dispatched when will I receive it?

From the time you receive your despatch confirmation email we would expect you to receive your order within 2-4 working days for deliveries within the UK . Please note we have to allow 7 working days for delivery inside the UK have passed before we're able to investigate the item as 'Lost In Post'.

Do you charge for delivery?

Please check the Postage and payment tab on our listings for current costs.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

Should your order not arrive within the estimated time (please see 'Once my order has been dispatched when will I receive it?') please contact us so that we can class the item as 'Lost In Post' and investigate with the delivery company. Please remember that we cannot investigate any missing orders until 7 working days have passed for UK deliveries.

What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?

Some of the products on our shopdo not require you to be at home to take delivery as they will fit through your letterbox(i.eroyalmail first class). In the event that you have ordered a product which will not fit through your letterbox, and you are not in to take delivery, then the postal service will follow their usual procedure. For UK orders this usually means a card is left to notify you of an attempted delivery and the item will be held at your local sorting office. But sometime they may leave the item at your neighbour’s house, so please check it as well. For items attempted for delivery by a courier service they will also leave a card and allow you to arrange for redelivery or collection.

Am I able to change the delivery address to something other than my registered Paypal address?

At the moment we are unable to deliver to an alternative address. All items will be posted to your Paypal address.

Do you deliver on Bank Holidays?

Bank Holidays are not classed as working days so we don't include these in our estimated delivery times. In this instance you should expect delivery on the next working day.

How can I pay for my order?

PayPal is the only method of payment that we accept. All items must be paid for prior to dispatch. We are unable to take an order and hold it pending payment.

When will payment be taken for my order?

Payment will be taken when you place your order. We will then endeavour to get your item posted out to you on the very same day.

Term and conditions

According to Ebay’s Returns and the Law(http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/business.html#returns ). All Buy-it-now and Second Chance Offers transactions on ebay.co.uk are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The UK Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to eBay auction format listings on eBay.co.uk.

Cancellation Rights:

You have the right to cancel this order within 7 working days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the goods (this is the cancellation period): If you wish to cancel this transaction, you must advise us in writing by email to jxitstore@gmail.comwithin the cancellation period (we are unable to accept unauthorized returns): You (the consumer) have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. You must arrange for the safe return of goods to jx_itstore, the cost of which is to be borne by you, failing which, we will recover the goods, the cost of which will be deducted from any refund due to you. On the cancellation of the transaction, the returning goods must be ‘as new’ in the original packaging in a saleable condition, any retail packaging must be intact and undamaged , the goods must be complete with all accessories, cables, instruction manuals etc if any were included. We shall refund you the full cost of the transaction (cost of goods and outgoing postage) when the goods have been received by us or within 30 days of cancellation. Where goods do not conform to the implied terms set out under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the cost of recovering the goods will be borne by us. It is your statutory duty to ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods in your possession

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If the item is faulty or damaged: Please provide us with exact details of the problem ,picture proof of damage by emailwithin 28 days of the item being despatched to you. We will provide you with our returns address and returns instructions by email after you notify us of the issue. Please do not return your item without contacting us first, we are unable to accept unauthorized returns. We must receive the original item back to us to confirm the fault before we can issue a refund or replacement. We will refund all costs associated with the purchase, including outgoing and return postage. The item should be returned to us in the condition it was received. All refunds will usually be made by reversing your original payment within 7 days and at the latest within 30 days of receiving your returned item. If this item subsequently becomes defective we will remedy this in accordance with your statutory rights outlined in the Sale of Goods Act 1979. The warranty covers defective materials or workmanship, but does not cover misuse, wilful damage or normal wear and tear.

Returns Process

I have received my item but it's damaged / faulty. What should I do?

In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged or faulty all you need to do is contact us within 28 days of the item being despatched to you and will provide you will of the relevant returns information

How do I return an item?

Under cancellation period(please check our terms), we want to ensure you are totally satisfied when shopping with us soyou have the right to cancel this order within 7 working days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the goods. In the unlikely event of an item being received damaged or fauly you have 28 days from date of despatch to report this to us for Return. To arrange a return please contact us and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason why. We will then issue you with the Returns address, specific to that item, along with your unique Sales Record number. You will need to package the item securely and include a brief cover note stating: • Your User ID • The item you would like to return • The reason for return • Whether you would like a refund or a replacement • Your unique Sales Recordnumber

When will I receive my refund/replacement?

All refunds will usually be made by reversing your original payment within 7 days and at the latest within 30 days of receiving your returned item.

What courier services should I use when I return the item?

It is recommended that if the purchase price of the item is £39.99 or below please return the item by First Class post. We recommend that if the value is £40 to £49.99 the item is returned by Recorded delivery and for items priced above £50 by Special Delivery or courier services. We recommend you use parcel2go to book courier services. We are not responsible for any items posted to us that go missing in the delivery system. It is your statutory duty to ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods in your possession. You should therefore ensure that they are well packed as missing parts or broken packages will have to be paid for.

Payment
