- Q:What is your return policy?
- A:If you have any problems with any product you purchase from JV Bargains, simply contact us within 3 days of receiving your product and we will work out a solution to make you happy.
- Q:Do you combine shipping and handling?
- A:Yes. After you've won one or more auctions, simply contact us and we will send over an invoice with a combined s&h rate.
- Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
- A:Normally all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after receiving your cleared payment.
- Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
- A:To get the shipping and handling charge for your auction, please visit the auction and it is listed there. There are 3 s&h rates. 1 for the U.S., 1 for Canada, and 1 for other countries.
- Q:Do you ship internationally?
- A:Yes. No matter where you live, we can get the item to you. :-)
