PAYMENT TERMS ? I will happily accept paypal payments from verified users and confirmed addresses only. If your paypal account has an unconfirmed adddress, you will need to telephone paypal and they will happily confirm address details for you.

WHAT IS A CONFIRMED ADDRESS ? A confirmed address is the address at which the buyer receives their credit card statements. We only despatch goods to the address registered with Paypal (for paypal payments) or your credit/debit card (for credit/debit card payments). Goods will only be dispatched upon payment of cleared funds.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED ? Depending on method of payment, parcels are usually sent out same day or very next working day. I use either 24 hour or 48 hour parcelforce delivery service in the UK Mainland for large parcels ie dolls house kits etc, and royal mail for smaller parcels ie furniture etc

DELIVERY ? This item is shipped to mainland destinations in England, Wales and parts of Scotland only. If you live outside this area, that is postcodes BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE, please contact us for shipping costs. We aim to dispatch your goods within one working day of receiving cleared payment. This item will require a signature upon delivery. Please provide us with a delivery address where there will be someone in to accept the parcel and a telephone number in case the courier needs to contact you.

CAN I COLLECT ? This is a mail order website only, no collections from premises

RETURNS ? We want you to enjoy our products as much as we do, If you are not happy with your item. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it (please don’t forget to include your details with the returned item) and obtain proof of postage from the post office and we will issue you with a full refund. . The goods should be returned within 14 days and must be returned in new & unused condition in original packaging as shipped from the supplier. We offer an unconditional refund if you are unhappy with your purchase - or simply change your mind. Let us know within 7 working days of receipt if you wish to return an item. No return will be accepted without a returns number. We will give a full refund of the purchase price , (this excludes any P+P costs). We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10%
