Returns

If you wish to return an item and exchange for a different size, please send to: Emjake Ltd (Returns), 2 Felton Road, Poole, Dorset BH14 0QS, United Kingdom. Please enclose a note with eBay username, the exchange requirements, return address and email address, you will be emailed a PayPal invoice for return postage, once paid the exchange will be sent to you.

If you wish to return an item that is not faulty for a refund, please send to: Emjake Ltd (Returns), 2 Felton Road, Poole, Dorset BH14 0QS, United Kingdom. Please enclose a note with your name, Ebay username, date of purchase and reason for return. You will receive a refund for the item via Paypal within 3 days of receipt minus the shipping cost that you originally paid.

If you wish to return an item which is faulty or incorrect please message us through ebay and we can advise the best way to resolve. To avoid wasted shipping costs, please contact us first before returning.
