Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we'll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it's in fully resalable condition.
We offer 28 days unconditional approval on any unused items purchased from us. You can claim a refund (less the Postage & Packaging cost) on any items returned to us within 28 days providing they have all the original tags and packaging intact.
When returning the parcel please ask for a "Proof of posting certificate" as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing whilst in transit.
If you have incorrectly ordered the wrong item we can exchange the item subject to stock availability, however additional postage charges will apply.
If we have made a mistake, please contact us so we can resolve the issue immediately.
For all Returns, please fill in a Returns Form, which you will receive with your order. Without a Returns Form we will not be able to process your Refund/Exchange.
