What Region are your DVD's? A. All of our DVD’s are formatted for use in Region 1 (US & Canada). International customers should make sure their DVD players can support the viewing of Region 1 items. Q. What Condition are your DVD's? A. All of our items are brand new and factory sealed. We do not sell used or bootlegged copies. Q. What if I have a question about the Description or Cover-Art on this auction? A. Please email us at support@jr-trading.com. On rare occasions, the description or cover art may be inaccurate and we will be glad to clarify with you through e-mail. Q. How much is shipping? A. Our checkout system will automatically calculate the appropriate shipping amount for your order. Shipping within the United States is $3.94 for the first item, and $1.00 for each additional item. Shipping to Canada is $3.94 for the first item, and $1.50 for each additional item. International Shipping: $9.99 for the first DVD title and $2.50 for each additional DVD title. Q. Are International duties and customs included in the shipping amount? A. We are not responsible for International duties, customs, taxes, or any related shipping delays. Q. Is my order guaranteed against shipping damage or against defective DVD's? A. Yes. All DVD's are guaranteed against shipping damage or manufacturer defects. For additional information see Returns below. Q. What if my package is lost? A. Shipping Insurance is available when you checkout for a flat fee of $1.30 for orders to the US and Canada. International Shipping Insurance is available when you checkout for a flat fee of $2.00 for the entire order. Please allow 20 days after you receive your shipping notification to contact us if you suspect your item may be lost in transit. Q. How do I use your combined shipping offer? A. To make sure your order is combined for our combined shipping discount, please be sure to do the following; Finish shopping, and make sure all of your auctions have ended. Follow the link in any of your winning bidder e-mails or click “Pay Now” at the top of any of the auction listings to proceed to your checkout. Once you’re certain the order is correct, proceed through your checkout filling in the shipping and payment information as necessary. I just completed my checkout. When will you ship my order? A. We ship most orders within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Larger orders may take additional time, as they must be consolidated at one of our shipping centers for combined shipping. Q. I received an e-mail saying my order has been shipped. When can I expect it to arrive? A.
