All items are sold "As-Is / Where-Is". For an additional fee, we offer an optional limited warranty on certain items. Shipping Information:

PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS SHIPPED FROM JPDIAMOND ARE SHIPPED FOB POINT OF ORIGIN, FREIGHT PREPAID AND ALLOWED OR ADDED.
We are not responsible for and cannot be held liable for any damages to the merchandise after it leaves our warehouse. Items should be inspected at the time of delivery for any damage that may have occurred in transit. The Driver or Shipping Carrier should be made aware of any damage as soon as possible and a claim should be filed with the Shipping Carrier. Upon request, pictures will be provided to the buyer to document the condition of the item(s) as it was when it left our warehouse. Upon completion of the sale, you will be required to sign our Shipping Policy via fax or electronically through our website. Your item(s) will not be shipped until you have completed and returned this form to JPDiamond Company.

Due to the nature of our Larger items, we cannot ship them via UPS Ground Service. Either the item must be picked up at our warehouse in Falconer NY, or arrangements must be made for alternate shipping and handling services. If you need assistance in scheduling a pickup please contact us at (800) 276-1073. For an additional fee, we do offer services for packaging, crating, and delivery.
