Q: Do you supply a VAT invoice? A: Yes. JMW always supply a VAT invoice for every item sold on eBay no matter how low in value.
Q: Does the price quoted include VAT? A: Yes. The headline price shown includes VAT, scroll down the listing to see further product details including the net and gross price.
Q: Can I buy quantities different to those shown? A: Yes. JMW only list a limited quantity of product on eBay, please contact JMW if you require larger quantities and we will (subject to availabilty) increase the number of items available for sale.

Q: Must I pay via PayPal? A: No. JMW also accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer (BACS), cheque and postal order.
Q: I'm buying from Australia, will I be charged VAT? A: No. If you reside outside of the EU you will not be charged VAT (UK sales tax). If necessary we will send you a PayPal invoice less VAT or if you are accidently charged VAT we will refund it to you through PayPal.
Q: I live in Cyprus, can I still buy from JMW on eBay and how much is the shipping charge? A: Yes. We will be very pleased to sell to you in Cyprus, indeed we sell throughout Europe and as far a field as Australia. Scroll down the product listing, click on the PP & Payments tab, select your country and eBay will show you the shipping charge.
Q: What is the shipping cost to New York, United States? A: Sorry, JMW regret that due to the high cost of public/product liability insurance, we can no longer ship to the United States or Canada.
Q: I want to buy, but before I do I want to know how quick I'll receive it? A: JMW only list stock items for sale on eBay and endeavor to despatch on the same working day by first class mail or next working day courier. Feel free to call us at anytime to discuss delivery details.
Q: Just what I've been looking for, I want a number of different items, will I be charged postage on each? A: No. JMW only charge postage (or carriage) on the first item in your shopping basket all the rest are delivered free of charge.
