Receive an item that is damaged, faulty or not complete, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery. You may have the right to return the item within 7 days for a full refund or replacement. These rights do not apply in respect of misuse, accidental damage or where you decide you no longer want the item. In the interest of hygiene certain items cannot be returned unless they are still in their original packaging and seals are unbroken. Should you have a problem please contact us.
