We are an established British company selling a range of computer peripherals, gaming accessories, media and electronic equipment.
We are constantly expanding our range of products and work hard to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
Is it possible to order items in bulk?
Yes, we are happy to sell items in bulk. Please email us and let us know the item and quantity you are interested in and we will get back to you quickly with the best price.
How much is delivery?
Standard 2nd class delivery within the UK is FREE.
When will my order be posted?
We process and dispatch orders every working day, so if you pay before 12pm Monday – Friday your order will be posted the same day (excluding bank and public holidays).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery usually takes around 2-3 working days. Next working day delivery is available - payment must be received by 12pm on a working day.
What shall I do if I haven’t received my order?
If you have not received your order after 5 working days since dispatch please check with your reception / post room if the item was delivered to a work address and /or your local Royal Mail delivery office. Even if you have not received a ‘while you were out’ card, please check if anything is being held for your name and address as it could still be being held for you. If the delivery office is not holding it, please let us know by email.
I am having problems with the item I ordered – can I get some help?
Yes, we are happy to help. Please email us and let us know in as much detail as you can exactly what problems you are having, explaining exactly what you are doing and exactly what is happening (e.g. the exact wording of any on screen messages, what happens when you try to use the device etc). We will help you get the item up and running.
Can I return the item I ordered?
If you would like to return the item please email us and we will provide you with our returns instructions.
If the item is not faulty, you must notify us within 7 days and you are responsible for the return postage costs.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements unless we receive back the original item.
