Return Policy
All items have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with an item for any reason you can return it for a refund or exchange (if a replacement item is available). Refunds for items that are broken will be for the item price and shipping. Refunds for items that work but you are not happy with for some other reason will be only for the item price. Return shipping is NOT refunded.

First try the cleaning instructions listed on our FAQ page. If the game does not work you can follow the regular return policy listed above.
What is the Process to Return for a Refund?
If the broken item is a game first try to clean it (see above). Then email us at service@jjgames.com notifying us of the problem. We will give you the address and other information needed to send the item back. Please let us know what form of refund you would like, either check or paypal. Once we receive the item we will issue the refund. Please allow at least seven days after receipt for us to process the refund.
What is the Process to Return for an Exchange?
If the broken item is a game first try to clean it (see above). Then email us at service@jjgames.com notifying us of the problem. We will let you know if we have another item available for exchange and provide the return address. If we do not have an item available we can only refund purchase. Once we receive the item we will process the exchange. Please allow at least seven days after receipt for us to process the exchange.
