We try to keep as much stock as possible but very occasionally we get
let down by suppliers, if an item is out of stock we will try and offer
an alternative.
We aim to dispatch dispatch orders with 3 working days, usually much
quicker. We use an automated system to download orders and print orders
from eBay, this marks orders as dispatched and sends the buyer an email
to confirm this. This sends the picking and packing list to our
warehouse for processing, sometimes we have to work at night and
weekends so your order will be sent the next available working day.

parts are sourced from reputable suppliers such as Bearmach,
Allmakes4x4, Terrafirma, Britpart, Cambiare, Comma, Lucas and many

an item is suspected to be faulty, the buyer must contact us with
details of the problem and proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible
for return postage costs, these will be refunded if found to be faulty.

can accept any unused item for a refund with 14 days of the purchase
date providing it is unused and in re-saleable condition.
Ignition
components are sold in security sealed packs, these items cannot be
returned for refund unless faulty once the sealed pack is opened.
