POSTAGE & PACKAGE

We send packages in a choice of ways, It is important to note that Royal Mail only cover Jewellery if it is sent Special Deliver.

1. Standard 1st Class post.  This does not come with any insurance cover, we do always get a proof of postage certificate but if it goes missing in the post there is no compensation available by Royal Mail or us.

2. Recorded Delivery. Again has no compensation cover from Royal Mail or us, but does have a tracking number.

3. Special Delivery. This comes with Insurance & is a must for orders of £30 & over.

4. International Signed For or Air Sure. Both can be tracked & come with Insurance cover.
