Postage & Payment
I am happy to accept Payment by Paypal, Bank Transfer, Cheque or Postal Order. Goods will be sent within one working day of payment verification (please allow 10 days for cheques). Proof of postage is always obtained and an appropriate level of insurance is included in the postage costs. Overseas buyers must pay via Paypal or Bank Transfer. I will post anywhere in the world. If you are local you can pick up and pay cash.

Refund Policy

If an item I dispatch is lost in the post I will take responsibility and refund when appropriate.

If you purchase an item and wish to return it, please notify me within seven working days of receiving the item and a refund of all original costs will be provided once the item is returned. Return postage cannot be refunded when an item is returned due to a "change of mind"

A full refund is given if an item is damaged in the post or is not as described. Buyer must return item to seller to receive full refund (including return postage costs) if their claim is accurate. Buyer must contact seller before returning item.

It is recommended that any items returned are sent by trackable means and I will cover the return costs for Second Class Recorded Delivery (when an item is damaged or not as described). I will not cover the return costs for First Class or Special Delivery, unless this is warranted due to the weight and/or value of the goods being returned. This must be agreed between the buyer and seller before an item is returned.

If an item is returned by non-trackable means and is lost in the post I will be unable to provide a refund and the buyer will need to contact Royal Mail to seek compensation if this occurs.

If an item is returned by trackable means and is lost in the post the buyer will be required to email or post a copy of the proof of postage to the seller before a refund is made.
