| | In spite of what you might have read in other listings, it is the seller's responsibility to get the item to you in the condition described. We take this obligation seriously, so...- We ship our books in a waterproof bag, inside a bubble lined envelope. Please note that for all non-UK buyers, and some UK buyers, we also put the book inside a bubble bag before putting it in the envelope.
- All of our packaging is new, to give maximum protection to contents.
- We use printed labels to limit instances of non-delivery, and always include a return address on the package.
- All of our shipping is done using Royal Mail, the UK postal service. Occassionally, we may use an alternative carrier where Royal Mail is unable to take a package.
- Certificates of Posting are held for all packages shipped.
