| RETURNS & REFUNDS |
You have a right to cancel your order, or request a refund for your item, within a specified 'cooling off' period. In our case we have set this period at 14 working days from placing the order, or receipt of your goods. If you have received the item and wish to return it to us and claim a refund, please follow the instructions below...
- Email us within 14 days of receipt of the item to confirm that you would like a refund, together with the reason why. We will advise how to return the item, and the steps you need to take to confirm it has been sent.
- If you simply no longer want the item, we will refund the purchase price, all shipping fees are your responsibility.
- If the item differs substantially from the description shown in the listing, we will request photographic evidence of the discrepancy, and if we agree with your claim we will refund your original payment, together with any shipping fees paid to return the item.
- All returned items must be in the same condition they were received in. If the condition is different, refunds MAY be made, but only at our discretion
- Please note that the items we sell are used. If requested, we will be happy to provide a detailed description of the item, including any specific features that may help you to confirm that it is what you are looking for.

Royal Mail, the UK postal service, gives a list of expected delivery times for the different services it offers, so please check that time against the information shown below to see if your package is still likely to be in transit.... |

| Surface Mail (to European destinations) | 10-30 working/business days | The cost of Surface Mail delivery from the UK to European destinations is usually more expensive than airmail so most Surface Mail shipping requests are sent via air. Where Surface Mail is the cheaper option, packages to Western Europe will be delivered at the quicker end of the range given, Eastern European deliveries can take a little longer. |
| Airmail (to non-European destinations) | 5-10 working/business days | Airmail deliveries to most parts of the world take 5 to 7 days to arrive, but this time can increase where there are special local circumstances, or the delivery address is in a rural area. |
| Surface Mail (to non-European destinations) | 25-60 working/business days | Surface Mail deliveries to the USA and Canada usually take 25 to 30 working/business days, Surface Mail deliveries to Australia and New Zealand usually take a minimum of 60 working/business days. Deliveries to some rural areas can take longer. |
| Please check with your local postal delivery office that they are not waiting for you to collect the item. Occasionally, delivery is attempted and no notification left that the package has been returned to the delivery office for collection. It is also worth checking with neighbours in case they have forgotten they accepted delivery. |
If delivery of your item is still overdue, please email us with the following information...
- The eBay item number.
- The date you made your payment.
- The address and, if possible, the telephone number of your local postal delivery office.
| We always raise a claim with Royal Mail for lost packages, and they usually ask for as much detail as possible. Royal Mail takes non-delivery very seriously and follow up all claims with their own, and overseas postal services, to see if they can highlight any patterns in 'disappearances' of postal packages that might help them identify areas where there may be a particular problem. |
