We understand that buying jewelry on the Internet can be stressful and that why we offer a 14 days satisfaction. Bid with absolute confidence; our goal is to make you happy so if for any reason, You are not completely thrilled with your new jewelry and decide to return it, You may return the item within 14 days! (postmarked by the 14th day from delivery to you) insured for the full amount of the purchase price. The item must be returned to us in the same condition as send to you. Once we receive and verify the condition of your returned item, we will issue a full refund of 100% of your money to your account, excluding the shipping cost that has been applied to the purchase. The shipping's fee has been clearly mentioned in our shipping section. The fee for ground shipping would be $15.00. Please note: All custom orders must be prepaid. Rings with custom sizes, bracelets, necklaces and other items which we adjusted or manufactured to your specification are absololutely no returnable and not refundable. There is a 5% fee for item purchased directly on phone and paid by credit card in case of return.

The quality descriptions we provide, are to the best of our certified gemologists ability, and are her honest opinions. Appraisals can vary from one certified gemologist to another. Opinions of appraisers may vary up to 25%. Diamond grading is subjective and may vary. If the lowest color or clarity grades we specify are determined to be more than one grade lower than indicated. you may return the item as stated in the return policy below. |
