a 10% admin fee applys when returning items which are not faulty.
the original cost of postage will also be deducted from any payment due.
For items such as Metal vertical planfile cabinets
and Metal Horizontal planfile cabinets
a 25% admin fee applys when returning items which are not faulty.
This is because these items are made to order and painted
to the customer requirements.
All back ordered and special order items are charged at the time the order is placed.
