Just a little bit about us

We are a small family run business.  It all started off as a hobby -  making jewellery as a past time, and since then it has developed into a very large part of our lives.  We saw the opportunity to provide a service where customers could buy a great selection of beads and findings at low prices.  We decided to go for it - and hopefully our hard work is now bearing fruit.

It appears it was a risk well taken, as we love what we do and it makes it all worth while when our customers drop us an email to tell us how happy they are with our selection of beads. It is even better when we are sent some photos of the beautiful, unique and intricate pieces of jewellery that our beads have become a part of.

Work Hours / Email

We pride ourselves in  providing our customers with the best customer care and  service, and also some of the most competitive prices on ebay.

We work 9 - 5 Monday to Friday.  We try and dispatch all orders as quickly and as efficiently as we can.  All emails from the weekend are answered on Monday morning and any emails after 5.00pm will be answered the following morning.

We do our best to sort out, immediately, any problems or querys customers may have,  so don't be afraid to drop us an email.

The Future

We are continually adding to our range, any free time we get,  so keep an eye out at all times!  We have some unusual and beautiful items that are still not yet online. 

We are in the process of opening a bead super store for the public. It promises to be an 'Aladdins Cave' for the beader!  We will keep you posted about this project.
