Returns accepted within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs. We recommend returning your items via a trackable service (e.g. Recorded Delivery).
Unless faulty, items must be returned in their original condition.
Please email us first before returning any item. We are contactable via eBay's message service or on ItalianCharmSupplies@outlook.com.
To avoid having to return items, please email us with questions (about anything) BEFORE buying!
On receipt of your return, we offer a refund (minus any postage charges you originally paid) or we will send you a replacement (as long as the item is still in stock), if not in stock - you will receive a refund.
