Product Guarantee
If on receipt, you find the goods are faulty, please contact us by phone 00353-1-4434518 or by email ishka@ishkasports.com immediately (within 2 days). Please also email us proof, where possible, of the fault (photos or video). We will then check if the goods are genuinely faulty or have been damaged during delivery. If you think the goods may have been damaged during delivery, please email us proof of the damaged packaging.
In the case of genuinely faulty items, we will instruct the buyer how to get the goods repaired, and will pay for any reasonable costs incurred. If the buyer tries to fix the item without following our instructions, we are unable to guarantee the item in question. If the goods cannot be fixed, we will send a replacement or refund. The final decision will be made by Ishka Sports Co. Ltd.
We must be advised by email of any faulty goods upon the customers’ receipt of the item. It is the customers’ responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.
