We will endeavour to dispatch the goods to our customers as quickly as possible. Once payment has been received, goods will be dispatched on the same day or the next working day as long as the item in question is in stock.

N.B. All the above delivery times are provided by our delivery service companies. Ishka Sports has no control over these times and therefore Ishka Sports cannot guarantee that you will receive your items within these specified times.

It is the customers’ responsibility to provide Ishka Sports with the correct contact details. Failure to provide this information in full may mean a delay in delivery time or the goods being returned to Ishka Sports. In the latter case, the customer must pay a delivery charge to get the goods sent out a second time.

It is the customers’ responsibility to pay custom duties on goods sent to outside the EU. Ishka Sports will no refund customers who buy goods but fail to pay the duty.

The approximate shipping times are as follows:

Ireland 2-3 working days

UK 2-3 working days

Europe 3-5 working days

Rest of world 7-10 working days

All above delivery time are only approximate times which have been provided by our post office or delivery company, and we cannot guarantee that you will receive the item(s) within these times. If you need the item(s) in a hurry please contact us before you complete payment. We will be unable to refund you if the items does not arrive within the specified timeframes above.

Unfortunately, due to the disappearance of many items sent to certain countries, including Russia, we are unable to post to these countries unless the buyer is willing to pay extra to send the items by registered post (value under €35). We apologise for any inconvenience, but we have had to refund numerous buyers in the recent past and it is unsustainable for us to keep doing so.

It is our policy to use recycled packaging where possible.
