| We are pleased to accept returns for refund or exchange if returned to us within 7 - 14 days.
Please note returns must be received in the same pristine condition in which they were delivered with all the tags on and in the same bag with barcode on for exchange or refund.
If the tags are not included we will not be able to refund.
For reasons of hygiene we will not be able to replace any briefs, pants, or thong.
