If your order is not quite the right fit, please return the garment to us for refund or exchange of product and please put your name and address in.
Returns are accepted within 14 days and can only be accepted if in perfect resaleable condition. Please take care when folding. Any order returned with the tags removed or any damage to packet/box will be sent back to the customer. We have received back some products which have just been scrunched up and thrown into a bag. In future we will not accept these back.
Please send a note with the return with your name and address on and order details.
We cannot accept liability for the return of goods, therefore please ensure that you obtain tracking or proof of posting.
We are happy to refund postage if we have made a mistake with your order but from 1st March 2012 all refunds given will be minus the postage and packing and for exchanges a new postage will have to be charged. We are having to do this because of the high level of returns.
