RETURN POLICIES Any faults in product must be notified to us with in 48 hours and sent back to us within 7 days. The item must be sent back with a Returns Number obtained from us. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. If Item found not to be defective, all fees incurred will be deducted before any monies will be refunded using PayPal,. Any returns are sent back at your cost we will not refund return postage.

Unfortunately colour reproduction varies with different monitors and their settings and the colours may show differently on your monitor. PAYMENT Payment must be received within 3 days after the auction has ended. Failure to pay within 3 days will result in the item being re-listed, negative feedback, filing a dispute through eBay and a blocking of you from bidding on our items. This is to protect us and also our genuine customers. We accept PayPal, cheque, postal orders. When paying by cheque please allow 7 working days for the funds to clear.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING All our couriers offer adequate insurance. When buying single items, optional insurance is offered. Proof of postage is always obtained and available if needed. Please contact us for tracking details. Any goods that are received damaged via a courier, the claim will be with the courier and not ourselves.
