Postage is calculated by the heaviest item first, and then additional item postage is added thereafter. Please ask The Seller to invoice you, after a transaction if you are unsure about postage. Paypal is preferable. Cheques and postal orders are acceptable for U.K orders. However, a cheque must clear before dispatching. Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery is an option for U.K packages, and recommended for heavier packages, please ask for an invoice to include this. Paypal only for European and overseas. Overseas items up to 2kg are sent as “Small Packet Airmail”, anything more than 2 kg then please email me about postal options. Please note: A package is not deemed as missing by the post office until 3 weeks have passed. Then I can fill out a package enquiry form. It is unreasonable and unjustified to leave a negative comment for a package which has been lost in the postal system, especially when I have gone to the trouble of making the item, packaging and posting it, and assisting with the matter. Any such customer will be reported to Ebay, and blocked from bidding again from the store. The customer must also assist in tracking their item or checking with your local post office sorting depot, before assuming a package is lost. Iridescent-Angel cannot personally be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post, but can provide a receipt, proof of posting if necessary.
