Who Are We?

Invicta Products Ltd is a trading name, and was created to enable over 20 years of purchasing and sales experience in many retail and manufacturing fields to be passed directly to the consumer.

It is fully independent and is not amalgamated with any one supplier, and operates daily from 2 purpose built warehouse units in Kent.

We do not hide behind a banner and ignore communications with our customers, we are contactable in reasonable hours seven days a week, to answer any queries or help solve any problems.

What Do We Sell?

We sell a large range of products that have been sourced at wholesale prices to allow extremely competitive deals for our customers on eBay and other E-Commerce trading sites.

We sell two distinct categories of goods:

New Products:

This is all BRAND NEW stock sourced from a large quantity of wholesale contacts. New products are complete with all standard manufacturers parts and accessories, in original packaging, and often carry a manufacturers warranty.

Occasionally it may be Ex-display, which when relevant is clearly marked on the product description, and an honest assessment after inspection is given accordingly on each offer.

Refurbished Products:

Selected products within our ranges may be classified as Refurbished. Every refurbished item on sale will have this clearly indicated in the listing. Quite often the refurbished products are also supported by the same manufacturers warranty, and this is clearly marked on the product description, and an honest assessment after inspection is given accordingly on each offer.

Our range of goods on eBay varies from day to day, so if you don’t want to miss some amazing deals make us one of your favourites and visit our eBay shop on a regular basis.

Prices and Payment

• All our prices are fully inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
• For your own peace of mind, and for Buyer Protection, we prefer payment via Paypal. However we do also accept cleared cheque payments, debit or credit cards through Paypal, and postal orders.
• Immediate payment is preferred on all Buy It Now purchases to ensure a quick despatch. Auction purchases must be paid for in full within 5 days of the auction ending.
• A payment confirmation will be sent once we have received cleared funds.
• Our delivery charges are per item and are clearly stated on all listings.

Shipping

IMPORTANT NOTE: We will deliver to the registered address of the buyer account at the time of order. Please ensure this address reflects your choice of delivery location. We are able to change delivery address details if advised by e-mail or eBay message prior to purchase. Personal messages left on Paypal payments are not flagged and do not get read.

Please ensure you have an up to date daytime telephone number on your account should we or the courier need to contact you.

All of our orders up to 3kgs are currently shipped using Royal Mail PPI service, collected daily from our premises, to ensure the fastest possible despatch.

Our larger Home Delivery items (above 3kgs) are delivered by either HDNL, UPS, DHL, Hermes or City Link, dependent on weight and dimensions of the product. Due to the limitations imposed on delivery areas by the couriers, this service is only for Mainland UK excluding Highlands. If you fall outside of Mainland UK postcodes please enquire regarding surcharges applicable prior to purchasing items listed with courier delivery service.

General Terms:

• All items are despatched within 1 working days* from receipt of cleared payment - with most items paid up to 3PM despatched same day.
• Courier items are shipped on a NEXT WORKING DAY* service at the latest.
• Courier deliveries take place Monday to Friday 07.00 to 19.00 and must be SIGNED FOR. We do not accept 'safe places' for parcels to be left, we must have a signed receipt of goods to protect all parties. 
• Failed delivery attempts will be carded, and the customer should contact the delivery agent accordingly to rearrange.
• Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any charges for delivery.
• Combined shipping discounts are normally notified with each listing. If this is not the case please enquire before payment is made so we can apply the relevant discount.
• All delivery charges are to MAINLAND UK addresses. If you are outside of this area or International please enquire regarding postage costs prior to purchasing.

*Working days for couriers are Monday to Friday, and exclude weekends and public bank holidays.

Returns

We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.

Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel

• You are welcome to return buy it now items within 7 days of receipt of item. Return postage costs are at buyers expense. If the item is faulty or not as described return postage costs will be covered by us. Original Postage and Packaging charges will be refunded in either situation.
• The above policies do not affect your statutory rights.
